Sadly no, they are not related, the new senpai is named Ayane Takai, the previous senpai was called Nanase Hibiki; she doesn't share a surname with the previous protagonist either, Hiroto Iizumi, none of the new characters do; really unfortunate since the pregnant scene with Nanase in the previous game has she saying the baby is a girl and she had the only pregnant end in the previous game, a real missed opportunity.

Now that I got my hands on playing the game, yes you can avoid most of the more stravagant domination and femdomination scenes, Tenioha 2 basically took an event that happened in the previous game and made into a mechanic for the routes, back then in Mami's route you could make a selection of choices that determined if Hiroto loved Mami or everything was just intense mutual lust, by going for love the setting would've become more romantic and the sex scenes to become fluffy, by going for lust the setting would've become a little bit somber and the sex scenes would've become nothing more mindless hormone bursting teenagers loudly moaning at each other.

In Tenioha 2 the above has been made more convinient into a single choice after you've made Nakahara get close, had sex, with the girls for some time now, the game will ask if he loves the girl or he is just in for the "Ero" because Nakahara only got close to them due certain extremely convinient circunstances and the girls happened to be covert perverts; if love everything goes sacarine with Nakahara and the given girl realizing they actually like each other beyond having sex, if lust his anus gets drilled and he treats the girls like cattle and vice-versa with the girl treating him like a toy, also an eerie background tune plays during the sex scenes instead of the romantic tune of the other sex scenes.

Love is the "proper" choice though, since the credits rolls only by going with love, in both games, and in Tenioha 2 not only going for lust skips right to the Ttitle Screen but it can also net a Bad Ending with Nakahara and the given girl completely losing themselves by fucking in public, a "Bad End" screen pops up.

Still even with love Nakahara's nipples and prostate will get played for a little bit, just on the lighter side with one finger and sucking, true romance warrants that after all.
