Kind of an obscure artist if you're not the sort of person who gets excited about learning all the names of the different animators working in the anime industry. He is not known as a writer or director, but practically every anime he has worked on stands out for its artistic merit. He's not a prolific mangaka either, but the manga he has created stands out for its beautifully detailed artwork - worth tracking down, if you're into that sort of thing.

Aw man, I have this game back then. I thought it was a horror but it turn out to be some short apocalyse dessert punk future looking at the artbook now.
