Hey peoples; you probably haven't heard of me before, but I'm an artist by the name of Cist and I like to draw lots of things. One of those are very naughty pictures. I'm new to this area of pornographic art but it's something I'm going to explore much more thoroughly from now on. So this first set is focused on my favorite female gaming character, Chun-Li.

Okay my man. Don't be surprised if your work always nets a low rating. It's the content that may/may not bug us, not the drawing quality. As far as quality, I think the line art is very pronounced and smooth, good work on the skin texture too. But uh, scat/muscle/futa really isn't everyone's cup of tea (including mine). Would be interested to see 'normal' work from you. Peace.

@Sir Garland: Thanks man. I'm actually kinda surprised tbh; I thought this place would be more receptive of scat from what I've seen in the past. I'm not into guro for example, but I don't go around downvoting guro stuff.

I'm afraid the both of you have mistaken my previous comment. I came here to reassure the artist in reaction to the 1/5 stars he's received. I didn't want to see an otherwise good artist believe his work was terrible. I simply wanted to let him know the reason as to why his work was poorly received; scat fetishism is extremely niche. I personally did not rate his work, because I already know I am biased in my judgement.

Also, fngzprn, I both dislike scat and guro. So sure, @Sir Garland, I am pretty vanilla.

Don't let ratings and comment upvotes/downvotes affect your drawing mood in any way and do not engage people trying to draw you into a comment fight. Unless there's a "strong" reason behind this (constructive criticism, lack of detail, messy gallery with various images that don't belong to any theme, etc), as others already mentioned, some people are allergic to certain fetishes but still somehow find it smart to click galleries they don't like only to state (either by being vocal or by mass-enforcing 0.5 votes) they hate it and everyone should hate it as well. Mass effect of early hate votes causes the ratings to drop very low with little chance of recovery, but keep in mind some people *will* still be able to rate (and see it) as 5 stars even though it won't have any effect on the average for now - at the moment and with the current average, 4.5 is the highest the system will take, but this may change at any time. "Poor" ratings don't affect your galleries at all and you don't get punished by the system.

I'll use the same argument product09 used in a different flavor (just reverse the fetishes - turned on by scat, turned off by dicks - and see how the gallery appeals to the community as a whole due to fetish interest diversity). You went through the effort of including both versions and this is always appreciated by some users.

tl;dr: Rated 4.5 to kill hate votes. Keep it up and don't mind the specific haters; draw the way you feel. Thanks for sharing your art!

PS: Use and edit the uploader comment field for your comments when you upload galleries. This allows you to janitor other comments much more easily as the uploader comment itself doesn't count as a comment, and uploading galleries gives you janitoring "privileges". (Check the EH wiki for more on this.)

@Luna_Flina: Thanks for the tips. It's my first gallery upload so I don't know of even half the things you just mentioned, but I'll keep it in mind with future uploads.

Since I had some time to sleep on it, I'm sure there are people who enjoy this kind of stuff and me taking a hard-line stance just because of some dolts wouldn't be fair to those who enjoy it regardless. It's not about votes or stars for me at the end of the day; I'm just here to put up work for those who get a kick out of it and enjoy it. Fuck the haters (by which I mean the rabid downvoters).

This has been a hell of a learning experience, though.
