It says clearly at the bottom of the page marked 16 that all crimes except rape were unchanged. Incest and pedophilia would still be illegal. If only rape for the purpose of reproduction is allowed then it makes sense to conclude that raping an already pregnant woman or a woman who is incapable of giving birth would still be charged as rape. Raping a man would be rape unless you're a woman who isn't currently pregnant or barren and only so long as you exclusively fuck him with your pussy.

What if abusing a woman or doing butt stuff is something that's required to achieve erection? If you make everything in the context of rape legal then anything short of killing someone would be allowed, even eye gouging, teeth pulling, and limb removal because a woman would still be able to give birth. How the fuck do you tackle the issue of rapists with venereal diseases or AIDS? The premise is dumb.

It would honestly make more sense if the news reporter announced that aliens have conquered earth and selected the MC as an ambassador to humankind who is exempt from all earth laws.

@Kometh incorrect, actually the manga shows women getting arrested for assaulting a man for rape. On top of that a reaction is just that, a reaction, ther are no smart oe dumb reactions. Furthermore not only are assault and battery and kidnapping charges still there, rape technically is only legal to create children, anything beyond what's necessary for that is still illegal (definition being go inside, finishing inside, no foreplay, or any sodomy involved). To top it all off forced marriage laws like my area has and all child support laws are still in place (my area forces child support if a child is born till they sre of age, no getting out of it). And if this was actually japan, the women would be raping the men, not the other way around. So those rape laws are generally more for protecting a mans wallet than a woman's womb.

Don't necessarily have to be outside of child bearing age to be a loli though, depending on your view of loli, since you could define it as an age thing or an appearance thing. It's ridiculous to even raise questions of logic about this kind of story but; Firstly, the comments objecting that "civilization would collapse" are rather missing the point: it is collapsing, but the rapists (I.E. everyone) don't care. Well I don't really care, but the ending was a bit to much as it served to show what a scumbag the protagonist was. Rape is one thing as he was able to justify acting on all his desires by "it's not illegal". But when he found his little sister crying having been attacked by some other men I was hoping he would realize how he had acted and understood that at least some of those girls had been somebody elses sister or daughter. So I was hoping for some scenario where he was protecting his sister from other rapists which would end with he himself having some vanilla sex with her.

But instead he showed that he was just a complete a-hole. He didn't care at all about her. Rape was one thing, but deciding all of sudden to treat his own sister like that "just because" was terrible. I mean as far as sex when it wasn't as if he would be lacking it anyway as he could simply go out and rape anyone he felt like. So making his sister cry and betraying him was dumb.
