Nothing in this doujin makes any sense. Archer acts weird, dialogue leads no where and the ending is baffling.

It all makes perfect sense, including the ending, if you're familiar with Tsukihime. It's Arcueid and Len shown on the last page. The cat probably was Len from the start, using her power to make Archer see five kittens in colors reminiscent of those people he cares about.

It's true that the motivation for all this happening isn't clear beyond author fiat.
