Not the uploader but I'd imagine they're using something like the Furaffinity Extender add-on for Firefox

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/furaffinity-extender/

which lets you open a whole gallery page in tabs and auto-download all opened submissions in artist-specific folders.
