I mean there is no correct or accurate answer since its fantasy but from authors, manga, media, etc. Taking into the account of this story, it seems the percentage of getting a male orc is higher. Taking in the influence of other works, I've read that certain races are easier to impregnate. The odds of 2 orcs having kids are near 0 or something. Kinda like dryads, the female plants. They use males to breed and the children are always female.

Love this. A far as "fat ugly guy" trope goes, this one isn't so bad, he's almost cute in a way. The orc ladies were hot as hell too.
