If you don't understand Doujin's then you generally don't understand Hentai. In the Hentai world logic isn't a requirement
anything goes. I agree that NaruSaku is getting old and we need more variety of Naru girls in doujins. Most of you guys don't even like her in the anime

Definitely not new to this at all, and I know that changing designs is common. It's just, if the point is to depict characters in a popular series like this in sexual situations, then why change them to this degree? Particularly in this case where Sakura is pretty much unrecognizable from the head down. I don't know, I guess part of it is that this particular art style does nothing for me. Like if the character looks different to a degree I'm fine, but at this point it may as well be a new character. I find art like the ones used for various Black Lagoon and To Love Ru doujins, attractive art that actually resembles the original characters, to be much more appealing. That's all I'm saying.

@insan3soldiern: The point is that people who don't like their female characters busty tend to be in the minority, thus that is usually how these books end up depicting them. So long as the head is recognizable, you generally know who they're meant to be. Anything other than that is largely open to artistic license. And every artist has their own style that may or may not resemble the character's actual body type. But I get it, you don't like this particular style. Personally, I'm a fan of anything that pairs Sakura with anyone other than her husband. And if she has to be top-heavy to make that happen, that's just a bonus for me.

@insan3soldiern I like the desing of Kishimoto for Sakura for I definitly prefer the versions Karakishi Youhei-dan or Naruhodo, thats just how it is.

Nice doujin! lol Sakura does have a nice design originally. she's kinda sporty pear shaped w/ wide hips, built thighs, and a bum. I like to think Naruto is an ass man... Her upper halve is distorted by the anime, because they refuse to give her bust. (Haters) In the manga she has boobs. Their just B to C range when she's older. After kids probably a solid C...unlike Hinata's... Sakura has a "youthful" frame. Here they just exaggerate and make her Tsunade 2.0.
