Plus, from what I could gather from reading the complete manga is that the kids are probably not the boyfriend's. They could be everyone's.

No, the children are Shunichi's at the moment. After Escalate 4.5, She never had an abortion after that. I said at the moment because the author can still change it. The hair colour suggest it could be Shunichi's or Kuga's. There is also the protagonist on the CG set which is written in a way that suggest the MC (You) impregnated her.
