I'm not sure about numbers 44-68, 93-103, but 127-140 ones are certainly from additional route for those who completed the main part (btw, the girl's name is Miyu Shizuhara). As concerns 44-68 and 93-103... they may be from Reprint Edition of the game: http://vndb.org/r1084. But as I said I don't know it for sure, 'cause I haven't played that edition yet. :(
Hmm, does anyone know how one can get 104-126? What decisions are needed to make?
