Mum-ra? You must mean on image 29. These old games, and old anime, are full of repaints of other characters. It's easier to paint over something then to draw it whole. Give X black hair, put a shirt on X and it's "main character from X series." I could swear that 159, 174 and 197 are characters from anime I haven't fully watched or watched years ago. This CG isn't even an extreme example of the type.
