The continuity is with the other female teacher who leads the cosplay club (in this one she suggests the schoolgirl uniform, in the previous one she suggests that the girl who wants to have a chikan experience dress up as a gyaru, etc.)

The translation could use some work. E.g, on page 2 the upper left panel: "いい年して” is an expression that is referring to her age (generally in a "old enough to know better" sense), so the text box on the right is more like "Sheesh, getting all self-conscious at my age..." not "This is going to be a nice year of"

In the same upper left panel on the left text box, the 相手 there isn't "partner" in the sense of him being an assistant teacher, it's "partner" in a sense of dating or flirting. So it's not "what was the management thinking" but she's thinking "What am I thinking, is he really going after a woman eight years older than himself?" I.e., she's convincing herself that she's mistaken in thinking that he's looking at her, specifically.
