Pretty good.

But the text is kinda weird. There are parts where it feels like it was written as a manga script with all the sounds and screaming and then there are parts where it reads like it was written as a short story.

Well, it is written by InoIno whose more of an artist than a writer. He's done a lot of corruption Doujinshi/Manga so if its manga-styled it definitely makes sense there given his field of expertise.
