IDK if it is wrong to ask this or not, but....which tool did you use? I have been trying to extract character cgs from kaguya games but can't.
Anyways thx for the cgs been trying to get them for awhile now.

The transparency is in the Alpha channel. You need to load selection from Alpha channel with photoshop, then reverse selection. Like that, you can now delete the black (turn background to layer).
