From what I could decipher from the summary of digiket, isn't this about a student (is he a Rōnin like those of Love Hina?) living in his uncle's house/apartment? So basically this is some sort of Uncle-Nephew thing and not some sort of university roommates. I don't know if the uncle and the guy are blood-related plus from my research this is a translation from spanish(https://e-hentai.org/g/834100/60b86797ba/) to english which lasted for a few hours before it was taken down from barachan in the /rs/ section(maybe deleted by the thread starter because he was plainly asking for the japanese raw).

So I believe this is not the exact translation of the japanese raw as the title speaks for itself...maybe this is a rewrite?? (I could be wrong here so is there anyone here that could enlighten me?) (@_@)

Edit: By visiting the site on page 2, I have learned that the spanish version is not the direct translation of the japanese version. So in other words this is definitely a REWRITE since this so called english version came from the spanish version.
