I bet its another game of Orlov. He just wants Mark to suffer more and Hannah helps him freely because she doesnt loves Mark anymore. I mean the sentence "fuck me like its the last time" makes it clear that she knows that its just another mindgame of Orlov but now Hannah helps Orlov freely. Or she telled the truth and really got send away from Orlov so then it could be two things. First because Mark cant satisfie Hannah anymore he fucks around like crazy and Orlov somehow films it all again and sends it later to mark (maybe when they want to marry again she doesnt show up and Mark gets the Videos) or Orlov comes and will have her back and she will go with him because of mentioned reasons. Last thing would be that Mark again gets in Trouble with a guy (or more) like with that black dude but this time get killed after he leaves with Hannah. Anyway everything that follows is to be truth a little lame after this point because it should have ended after the last chapter. Now only the same Netorare stuff will follow that comes everytime and thats the complete Mindbreak of the helpless Husband just with the exception that it maybe ends with his death.
However i think its my first guess. Maybe they want to start the whole thing again but this with a baby from Mark to really mentally destroy him. If its so Mark should go on and try to kill Orlov even if it is the last that he can do. And after seein how Hannah reacts to it (if she is involved in it just to stay on Orlovs side), he should kill her too because then she just deserve it as much as Orlov because she is almost the same kind of garbage that Orlov is. That would be a ending that i would like. Even now i think Hannah would deserve it. And before anyone says Hannah did nothing wrong i say thats true. BUT thats no longer the Hannah from the beginning. She is a whole other person now, i mean she even flirtet with that black guy after all that happens and after she came crying back to Mark (lol lik i said i think thats all planed and she just plays along).

Yeah something like that but the money thing makes no sense. Mark doesnt have much money. But its for sure that she wont coming back to him. Even the Autor said that the little happy end in one of the chapters is the most that will happen. After that its just more Torture stuff for Mark.
