Your non-sequitur (as if only users who commissioned HQ scans had the right to complain about scan quality) begs the need for the following consideration:

I don't think "begging" means what you think it means, at least in the logical context. As for your consideration, I never said I agree with how he said it, just that he pays for high quality scans, so he gets to make complaints, I don't see what's not logical about that.
