@fudragon146: The girls plainly state on page 3 that they're doing this solely so Cloud will forgive Sasuke.The entire reason any of this takes place is Sasuke. So it is accurate to blame him for that much. Him appearing or not appearing is a non-factor. And judging from the ending, this whole sequence of events will have to take place a second time just to pacify the Raikage. So if we get a sequel, I'd blame Sasuke for that, too. Happily, though.
