What does pop9 say it is? His expunge reason, in its entirety, is "KADOKAWA". Presumably he is referring to the publisher of the KonoSuba novels.

Expunging would be appropriate if this work was officially linked to the novels by their publisher--such as a bundled extra or event freebie. Then it might plausibly fall under "mainstream commercial manga and its publishers." However, I see nothing to indicate that is actually the case, and coming from Comiket91 strongly suggests that it's a fan work. Granted, I may be wrong, as beyond checking if Piro is the LN illustrator, I have not looked into this work in detail. If pop9 has, and has found that this is indeed official, I don't think it's too much to ask that he express that fact.

Alternatively, pop9's argument may not hinge on whether or not this work is official, but that it derives from a Kadokawa title at all. This perspective seems plainly ludicrous. Logically this would extend not only to every single KonoSuba doujinshi (274 works) on this site, but every Haruhi doujinshi (1,135) and EVERY KANTAI COLLECTION DOUJINSHI (11,551), just to name two other prominent Kadokawa properties.
