And when I say "content", I'm not talking about the works of the artists/groups, I'm talking about the shitty "scan" quality policy of these uploaders which, have been infesting this place for quite some time, it's not the artist/groups fault that this circle of particulars are tainting their names and works uploading these low effort, stained, side burned newspapers-like texture, low quality uploads.

I can honestly imagine them just sandwiching the works in an office printer, sitting on it, pressing the green button, page by page, sending it as a fax to their laptop/phone, uploading it here and copy-pasting the google translated titles, logging on 10+ accounts to self 5* rate it when the upload is fresh while making sure that anyone who calls them out their bullshit is damage controlled with the tactical score +30 accounts + broken English combo, rinse and repeat then calling it a day.

Now you go ahead and bring them down votes brigade coupled with the shit sheep-talking you bunch usually do, I'm not afraid of calling you lot out, after learning that some of the best content uploaders on this site are thinking about quitting this place because of the likes of you, rating crap like this upload accordingly while pointing out you fiend's dirty deeds is the minimum I can do.
Artist/group who made the work deserve their 4 - 5* rating. Crappy quality uploaders? None, let that be resoundingly clear.

Bully? No, just calling out certain perpetual low quality uploaders coupled with dubious censor/control practices which are becoming more and more apparent.
I'm tempted to bring up a specific comment section where these issues have been discussed, but I'll refrain from doing so, my point is that while low quality scans have been a thing since forever, as of late, there has been a rather huge influx of low quality scans, always coupled with certain uploaders, this is not a coincidence and while yes, anyone can go to X site, right click, save then dump it here like nothing, when you see the first and second pages full of these, when you read comments from long time good quality uploaders expressing their concern with the quality standard, wondering if it's even worth the bother & expenses they go through and allegedly, harassment (not just comments but with reports, expunge petitions and whatnot), it's clear that something nasty is up, and it needs to be confronted not shoved under the rug or as you suggest "accept and move on", which is one of first signs of decay and abandonment typically encouraged by those doing the wrongs who wish to keep it all under gag order-like silence so they can keep it running without question or back talk.

Tell you what, not so long ago, I didn't care about low quality scans myself, now I do, that's how much of an apparent huge problem it as become, this scan for example, as I mentioned above, it's not just you're usual low quality scan, no, those waste spots on the sides, is that the new "scans that are here to stay, conform and accept or leave" you talk of? Is this going be (according to you) the new standard everybody's asking for? The "welp, better than nothing at all! Am I right?!" argument is heavily counter productive when you take into account that there's basically being traded high for low quality, which is bad, it promotes a "quantity over quality" standard which shouldn't ever become the norm.
And then there's that bounty/credits support system...

These "low quality" scans are publically available for anyone to upload and some readers (especially those who can read Japanese) think that they're better than nothing.

Now, you can either try and bully every user who wants to upload scans from http://doujinantena.com/ http://dropbooks.tv/ http://www.exploader.net/ etc., or you can just accept that the scans are here to stay and move on. The former is probably a waste of your time and energy.

The argument that this practice scares away scanners also has a counter-point. I've talked to some scanners who say that this flood of low quality scans give them a glimpse to see whether they're worth buying and replacing with higher quality scans or not.
