Face it bois, this guys "better quality" is just upscaled thumbnails with a Vaseline blur filter to hide the artifacts.
Either get it yourself or have someone overseas send it to you.
People like this guy keep the real high quality ones for themselves so that only they can have good translations
(you can see this with the majority of Chinese uploaders here, they upload shit Japanese raws and crisp, high resolution Chinese translations)

@user00 I'd actually commission someone to buy this but they got driven off by false reports created by LWND.

I can't get these sent over without retarded amounts of price gouging by importers. The guy I worked with had good prices but he's gone now.
