If they don't actually show the dude coming back, it doesn't really matter.

All those vore comics just abruptly end at one of the participants being eaten and never show any kind of aftermath anyway.

None of the people who make this kind of stuff seem to have any idea on how to continue/properly finish their story, because they can't find something that makes sense after someone gets eaten, since that doesn't make sense in the first place.
