I had always known that Will Meugniot, who has been involved in some way in every cartoon you have ever liked since the 90s ^_^, had created a comic called DNAgents (which DC kind of spoofed in the pages of "The Teen Titans" with a group called "The ReCombatants" 9_9). Also, I had read that he had done some images of the characters in the nude, but never seen it until now (although its a comic I never read).

Not that surprising, since many comic artists often draw nudes, of characters they created or not, with Bruce Timm being the primary example.

Checking wikipedia, he was also Executive Producer of "Exo Squad" (closest thing we had to anime at that time). I wonder if he had anything to do with the character designs, looking at his work here.
