You don't birth from your urethra or anus now do you. You birth from a vagina.

Breast vore, on almost every time counts as absorption, although it could be argued for some cases, where unbirth could still apply.

While your logic sounds convincing, you're forgetting one detail.
While births are normally Vaginal, the site has tags for Penis Birth (Used 39 times), Anal Birth (Used 127 times) and even Nipple Birth (Used 105 times), hence why those parts can and do apply for Unbirth.

Like Maximum_Joe, the tag moderator, once said: since those fetishes can be easily retraced without making new tags, no complications will be made to make up tags for those fetishes.
