Someone please explain the appeal of fursuits to me. I understand furry porn and have no problem with it, but why in God's name would you dress in these creepy sweaty suits? It just doesn't look right; my brain immediately goes "oh hell no" and warning sirens go off.

Furries are people who love anthropomorphic animals and anything related to it.
Fursuits are basically their fursonas or their "anthro animal forms" in real life. People wear these suits because it represents their furry (anthro animal) self.
Other people enjoy wearing fursuits because they like how creative they can get with it (e.g. cosplay). Not everyone wearing a suit like this is an actual furry, or not all suits are a recreation of a fursona.
Oh and btw, these (creepy) plastic faced ones, that's a thing that gets VERY rarely done in fursuits... It's more cosplay than furry related if you have these plastic sculpted faces. If you search for the term "kigurumi" on here, you'll see what I mean. It's more of an anime thing.

The fox and bear ones with the big boobs is a dude (or are dudes), iirc they're from Russia or Ukraine.
The lionness suit with the pink nose on page 15 is worn by a girl, as are a few others.
Many of these are old suits though (I see pics that are over 10 years old), most of them either don't get worn anymore and are retired, or got completely redone and look completely different.

I find it ironic that there's so much hate for furries on a site that has every fetish you could possibly want...or not want...including cannibalism...oh, and most people don't have sex with these fursuits on because they usually cost $1500+ to make.
