I hope there is more to this and that it is simply unfinished. Please continue, where it ends currently is a little underwhelming.
While this seems very much like something Tomoko would do and I love it for that. I am still going to rank it a little lower on "True to character" because the art doesn't look distinctly enough like her for her to be easily recognizable.
