Most of the IR comics you see here are based on a bunch of erotic stories written in the late 90's and early 2000's, mostly by some guy going by the name "stormbringer," and yes, they are kinda racist, but they also cover a lot more than what you see on the comic versions you see floating around. They are erotic stories after all, so most of the time the comic versions do them no justice.

Now, If you were referring to sites like "blacked" then that's the only relatively new thing, but there's a lot of folks that are into that kind of shit. In general, it's mostly porn with a soft story aimed at people with that specific fetish, but even black porn actors have been using the dumb racist lines you see here for decades.
