Isn't Wakasagihime her name? I don't think translating the 'hime' to 'princess' is correct.

The suffix hime (姫) means "princess" and was generally given to girls of noble status. As such, her name can be translated as "Princess Wakasagi", though she is not a literal princess.

I don't know. Just about every Japanese name can be translated as something but we don't. We don't call Reimu "Rei Dream." Unless it's confirmed somewhere that she's some kind of noble like Kaguya, I don't feel like it should be translated directly. I've seen other names end with hime before and even some character just named Hime. But we don't translate it all the time.
