While I also prefer the more entertaining [Lynne + Genwyn] coupling ("Twisted Sister" is my top-favorite of Jay Naylor's works), this h-comic is probably just Charles exerting dominance (or at least being more alpha-forward) over Lynne. This is probably to show a Role Reversal (her being the submissive this time around) story, from the normally sexually aggressive Lynne.

Multiple ways this can go.

This could just end as the brother getting netorared, which I feel would irritate some people. (I would be slightly irritated, but it's Jay's characters.)
It could end in a 3 some, which would be.... a plot twist.
It could end up just her fucking both of them, and they both being her lovers.
She could just letting him think he is in control, because in the last comic she prefers her brother. (Which is my favorite, because you go girl.)

I really hope it's the last one, but who knows. I feel Jay knows what's best for his characters. Whatever happens happens.

Jay has this pattern of chalking up everyones kinks and preferences to indisputable laws of sexuality. If you're not forceful and masculine then you're a beta cuck, if you're too macho then you deserve to get the shit kicked out of you and you're getting cucked behind your back. I think he's trying to be nuanced about attraction but it comes across as this sneering looking down the nose of anyone who has a different preference than you, and the fact that it waxes back and forth makes that tone all the more maddening.
