The girl in page 9 to 15 is not Ranma. According to the artist is his own character Rokugan as a Human/Furry.

If he wants to make a REAL OC, tell him not to copy a world-famous, existing character design and just add a birthmark or two. We call B.S.

Yeah, this is pretty obviously based on Ranma, no matter what the artist calls her.

The girl on page 16 also just *happens* to look like Nabiki with a raccoon motif.
