Wish I knew who the artist was, I'd like to see more like this. Also I think the uploader comment is incorrect, all signs point to the male character causing all the transformations, just wish there was some kind of explanation.

Edit: After some research I found that the male character is an OC of an artist called Xylem. He has the power to mutate things through contact.
