If being roughly translated the title Mean "The Prisoner of Love of The Distorted Prince~The Ten Days and Ten Months of The Feminization Knight", correct me if I'm wrong.

The simplify story for episode 1 goes like this, the knight returned from subjugating the Demonic Beast-> He wished to be married with the princess as his reward->But he got tricked during the party and be given the Feminization potion mixed in his drink(by the the 3rd prince who cross-dressed as a woman/princess)-> he recalled the conversation and reason for his return to the kingdom with his friend-> he awake then realize that that he had been tied->he asked the prince the reason-> The first prince told him that his wished will be granted as he will be married in to the royal not as man but as woman (the wife for all the four princes)->he make the demand that the prince will never lays his hand on everyone that important to him including his friends-> the prince accept the proposal in condition that the knight will get rid his/her virginity own his own->he (fuck)mount the prince->the princes cheers for their wife.

This manga is a masterpiece( in my opinion) example on the later episode you could see that the prince has ticked and lied about laying of his hand from something important to the knight as the prince actually has sold off the knight female friend to the prostitute while his male friends had been lock in the dungeon and the orphanage where he came from has been razed to the ground....(The 1st prince is probably an Yandere(exposed on episode 6) as he tried to kill his own 4th brother for letting the knight goes out from the castle and on the scene when the prince told the knight that he(knight) should cries only for his(prince) sake and the knight shouldn't relies/need other than him(prince)
