Seems like it adds a character art viewing mode as well as adjustments to the mosaic on CGs as well as character arts.

"Adjustments" to the mosaic is a pretty big understatement. They're way smaller in area, density of squares is higher, and they're mostly limited to skin, clipped around clothes, hands, etc. HUGE improvement, basically going from h-anime mosaics to very minimal.
