That's actually in-line with canon. Not sure if you're familiar with the original manga, but they have 'life schedules' for students who fail to pay their fees to the student council due to gambling debt, with said schedules being the council deciding the victim's life (do this, marry that, have X kids, and so on and so forth).

And anyway, this is hentai, so Mary could've just lost a gamble that had 100x creampies on the line. :P

Neither of those things is what's happening here.

No matter how over the top the series gets, the gambles at least make rational sense on some level. This is just throwing all logic out the window in service of a funny hentai plot, as funny hentai plots do.
This isn't happening because she is in debt or lost anything. It's happening because she won semen from her opponent.

[But seriously though, the first 2 pages already explained that twice over, so your comment doesn't really make much sense unless you made it before reading the doujin and were basing it entirely on the comment you were responding to.]
