(C92) [Takebouzu (Takepen)] Au ra so Sexy 4 (Final Fantasy XIV)

If memory serves, the lightsaber dick is a new requirement by Comiket starting with C92 and is not a choice by the artist.
I've seen some artists release the digital versions with black/white bar censoring instead.

@MrGF that all depends on if the artist actually wants to edit down the censorship and release it onto pixiv Booth or some other online service.
As far as I can tell, they show no intention of doing so.
And while digital is preferred, it's not always an option.
Regardless, I thank the OP for buying and scanning this.
Maybe someone can contact the artist and try to convince them to make a digital, less censored version available for online purchase and available to gaijin scum like us, but judging from their twitter, they don't seem too active.

Nothing from the Comiket staff directly, just a couple tweets from artists complaining about supposed new requirements. I don't think they're fully enforced yet as there are quite a few C92 uploads without it, but it seems like full censorship is becoming much more prevalent than it used to be.

From that twitter post, he is not talking about comiket policy he is talking about guidelines from the printer he uses www.graphic.jp

I'm not sure if it's a hard rule it could be more of a guideline, or advice to avoid the risk. Many doujinshi guys have day jobs and don't want to risk what happened to megastore happen to them over a hobby. He also said other printers might have different policies, he is only talking about his own experience with graphic.

It makes sense for this to be the domain of the actual printers and not the comiket committee as they are not involved with the production and selling of any books that may run against censorship laws.
