Well I just don't know what the mod the uploader used. But I can tell you What LaoGun5 means.
As there's the Elder Scroll just enter China, there's someone translated it with google or something machinery.
So the Elder Scroll has been translated into OLD GUY SCROLL[this SCROLL means what you use in your internet explorer for flipping pages].
How it read is Lao Tou Gun Dong Tiao 5. And they make it short as LaoGun5.
So Actually just a interesting nickname as The Elder Scroll V.
[If there's the Elder Scroll IV can be LaoGun4]
