I kinda wanted to use Fourier de-noise on all the images, but I'm not good enough yet.

If you think the cover's b/w version looks ok, I'll fourier the rest.
Does the lighting look ok? I was going to make more of a contrast but didn't.

If possible, recommend buy a scanner. That way is easier and you get good results.
I know because I have experience. Using a camera takes time and effort. but, it is difficult to obtain high quality images.
