If you are going for a translation to a language with gender to nouns, it's accurate to use the proper gender when translating, unless you like awkward translations.

You know, if the franchise is allowing deities from antiquity to become servants now (e.g. Ishtar), then what's stopping figures from the Abrahamic religions from appearing? I want Actually Satan as a pseudo-servant.

@Issac - fan wikia states that 'pseudo-servants' (like Rin possessed by Ishtar) are effectively a new personality that's neither the possessed human nor the possessing spirit, but the equal amalgamation of both.

So 'Ishtar' in Fate/Grand Order isn't really Ishtar anymore, i.e. she isn't a psychotic female praying mantis.
