Yes and no. It's a very well-designed gacha game that's quite more sophisticated compared to others (i'm looking at you Granblue Fantasy). Being a Fate game helps, but Fate never really was popular in westeros, yet FGO hit hard there and currently it's the 3rd grossing game, which is A LOT. And you don't need to be a rocket scientist to guess it'll soon quite may be the 1st, yet majority still thinks Pokemon is the most grossing till IGNs tell 'em otherwise.

Here's a few things about granblue. Gbf battle system has a lot of depth in mid to end game. While you actually have to work with everyone else in the raid. It's gacha pool is really forgiving with 3% chance on getting a ssr but during legfest it raises to 6% whike othe games range about 1-3% of gEttinger a ssr. There are events almost every month to keep players busy having something to do for them. It's also f2p friendly where a magna grid would be good enough for you to enter endgame content without being dead weight as long as you took the time to build it. Free 10 rolls a day for 4 days on every celebration for the game. You have a choice on buying a rare ticket to claim a character that you want that isn't limited. While on other games you just pray to rnjesus no other way to get the character you really want unless you saved on your rolls or you cash in more money for more rolls. Also the artwork for gbf is really good of course you're bound to get a character you don't want or think he or she is ugly but at least the art is consistant. And to top that all off it has a feature where that if you roll a certain amount of times you're guraurenteed to get a character you want

Not to say gbf is perfect, hell it has a lot of terrible things going for it too. Losing against whales, the grind hell, a lot of elitism, character power creeping, team composition consist of a few of the top tier characters, etc too many faults to name. Also I am not comparing gbf with fgo. At this point people like different things and it's almost impossible to change people's minds if they like one thing over the other.

Sorry for the rant. Thanks for the upload thank god a potato version didn't come up... I would've pissed off all week since I've been waiting for this one when I saw pictures of it on twitter
