Here is something for the older generations. Anyone remembers tribes? I do, and starsiege was where tribes started, well in reality, it started off latter than that with at least earthsiege and maybe even earlier than that with metaltech. I still find it funny, that the high speed combat of tribes started off with a mechwarrior ripoff. Too bad tribes died with hi rez giving up on Tribes ascend and canceling tribes universe. Tribes was one of the most unique shooters of it's time. Judging by my post history, you all must think I am some old man, thinking back on the glorious days of pc gaming and tabletop wargames. In reality I am just as much of a millennial as everyone else, my generation. Never really grew up with any of these things I posted, or gotten into any of these games. The closest I got to battletech was playing mech warrior online, and mechwarrior 4 mercenaries, and mechcommander omnitech. Never understood why they never made anymore mech commander games. Closest I got to warhammer 40k, was playing good old dawn of war (1 and 2, there is no DOW 3, which is a shame). Even though I am a millennial, I still cannot help but get all 3 shadowrun returns, and look forward to CD project red's cyberpunk 2077, and hare brained schemes' battletech. Also looking forward to mechwarrior 5. If any of you got a spare copy of classic crpgs like icewind dale, neverwinter nights, and baldur's gate, hook me up. I will repay you with access to my collection of old tabletop stuff.

Holy crap Starsiege! What a little gem that was. I actually had a physical copy of that manual when I was in high school. Bizarre game but damn what a universe. If no ones told ya, go over to Good Old Games to get yer hands on whatever your retro heart desires.
