Comment regarding the ending (spoiler alert):
- Both Yuina and Shuichiro are still in each other's body at the very end (the only body swap taking place happens before the story's beginning) - there has been no additional surgery, it's just that 'original' Yuina gets woken up much later by the doctor (she's stuck in Shuichiro's body).
