Also, while Ishtar is a terrible being, Rin's mindset changes her personality a fair amount to become a much better being. Also tsun as FUCK but eh, better than being yan.

Well, it more Rin really. Ishtar show up in Fate/Strange Fake, inhabiting an Einzbern homunculus that is nothing more than an empty shell.... In Filia, Ishtar gets to be herself completely and she is vicious, vindictive, and MEAN. She rather pissed about the "Gill likes living" bit, considering the gesture an affront to her beauty and very much intents to make Gil and Enkidu lives a hell for that insult.

Rin rounds out Ishtar's rough edges quiet a bit and not it's just her, Ereshkigal has the same effect (originally she is VERY possessive, Rin tones that down... mostly) happening to her and is half the reason she is such a lovable dork. Parvati was rather deliberate in taking the many good aspects of Sakura Matou on, and even then she is mildly passive-aggressive with a sudden hate of seaweed (a nickname for Shinji Matou in Japan because of his hair) and command of the Rider Medusa (whom is rather pissed at the possession thing)... still. While Kama got everything else Sakura, which isn't a good thing.

Only Waver and Kirei have no effect on Zhuge Liang and Rasputin as a Pseudo-Servants. Zhuge mostly doesn't do much other than let Waver use his power. While Kirei more or less lets Rasputin do as he wishes and once that task is over.... "Rejoice," because Rasputin is gone. Kirei is driving that van again.
