I can understand a bit of her character though, it's not that complex.

There are many kind of people and two of those are "uncompromising" and "going with the flow" people
they're not bad but they're different and they have some kinda hate-love relationship with each other.
Going with flow people think that "you have to live the life inside society" while uncompromising people built a wall, they won't come out and go with the flow and inside that wall is lonely place.
When people that "go with the flow" see that wall they will think that people can do whatever they want, they can have their own rules and they don't have to suffer the compromising part of their life.
While people inside that wall will think that the people outside live freely, no need to stick to the rules and are like a bird with wings.

I had this kind of relationship with my friends when I was in University.

Then there are people that called me out to befriend me of that action how I stood for my own right without caring about everything, all I care was my rules and I will not rewriting that rule until I'm done with everything. It's foolish way and a way to wage a war and the reason of all war to begin with. They idolized me as person who's one they can tackle the big wall they couldn't.

Sadly, I now walked a path of balance. that maybe why they left me, without balance, there's no peace and there will be only war in me and that's worst thing you could have done to yourself.
