Random question: does Mastercard work on dl.getchu? I tried buying the video for this, but it was giving me a payment error. Both the English help page and the payment page show that they accept Mastercard, but I'm getting an error at the end.

Same symptom happened to me when I used Mastercard debit card, and the solution is using Visa method (even it is Mastercard). Sounds weird but it works.
