No need to be so angry. Some people appreciate this, since it lets them see what the OVA is like without having to download it. Or if they don't want the full OVA, they can have a few gifs that they might like the look of, without having to make the gifs themselves.

Comparing someone making a gif compilation to companies selling low-quality screenshots as a manga is next-level stupidity.

Some good posters here sometimes makes gif stitches which are incredibly useful and probably hard to make and those are worth posting.

I appreciate these types of galleries, at least.
If I haven't seen it, gives me some idea of if I want to watch it.
If I have seen it, I might like to see a few gifs of my favorite scenes.
I'd rather take all of a minute to see a few gifs and decide I don't like something, than take several more minutes to download a half hour ova and then decide I don't like it two minutes in. My time may not be that valuable, but I can think of better ways to waste it.
