All it takes is one person who doesn't know the rules and if he tags it non-nude, that's how it will show up. If you disagree with a tag you can always downvote the tag or complain on the vigilante forum.

Even if we ignore the bare nipple on page 351 (always look through the whole set before tagging), there's still many pictures with parts of the areola visible. Besides that the cream is sometimes slathered on so thinly the outline of the nipple is clearly visible, making it really no different than body paint.

General rule of thumb is that if you're unsure, don't tag it non-nude.
