That's because Outlaw star is remembered through foggy memories and Aisha, loud and obnoxious, stands out in that regard. Outlaw Star was a good show, but it dragged its heels and ended with a weird plot about some kind of god. Being such a weird show, the quieter Suzuka and Melfina aren't as memorable.

Melfina's a bit too vanilla/innocent to want to lewd despite being censor-nude half the time in the show, Suzuka is almost seemingly unapproachable even though she isn't that much lacking in the curves (graceful beauty I think is what it's called). Aisha is popular because she's both prideful and somewhat loose with putting on airs, plus among other things she's a space catgirl, has an appetite that would even impress Goku, and has been featured nude in the show (albeit once)

Aisha also has the advantages of a lot of other kinks/tastes pushed into her; she's clumsy, down-on-luck-so-takes-random-jobs, over-confident, energetic tan-skinned, muscular, insanely fit, elf-like ears, catgirl who can also transform who also teases Gene in the nude in that one episode.

Melfina has her charms, but she's got a bit less going on and suffers from 'quiet female lead' a little. Suzuka is pretty much yamato nadeshiko which is fine if you like that. Hilda has grown on me a lot though over the years; she's pretty excellent but dies rather early on and >no porn.
