The "Huh? Limpdick..." part at the end could probably be counted as a mistranslation. The furigana is "Producer" but the underlying text says "limp dick" (or close enough to that) - which means she _said_ "producer" but _meant_ "limp dick". Unfortunately the double-meaning stuff doesn't carry very well in translations.

It probably should have just been "OK, producer?" possibly with "limp dick" in parentheses or a TL note, I guess.
