It's not a french dialect.
It is used to imitate someone who doesn't speak french well.
If you are learning french I advice you not to read this one since half the bubbles purposely contain wrong french grammar. :)

well i don't know what this is about but i guess, the blue hair is some kind of witch and was in love of a co- worker, the blond dude, she took him home one night and transform him into a woman she name giselle, and she fuck Rape him with his cock, he was reluctant at first of his new self, try to call a friend but with a woman voice was hard to convince him , he did end at the blue hair girl searching for his friend, but find this girl isntead. and leave. He was a prisoner sort of speak, she try to escape several times but having no place to go was better with the blue hair. Guess Giselle finally accepted his fate and try to live his life with the blue girl, BUT The story takes a turn with this guy obsess with the blue girl finally goes to declare his love, stuff happens, Blue hair transform him into a girl and lose the grip on the other dude who turns into a man again, once this happen he escapes and leaved Blue hair, Blue hair then transform the female man into Giselle and they end up haply aver after. Am i right?
