Well that is one of the warnings here and something the investigation team also wanted to avoid, as the premise here is that they are also performing eugenics as much as a socio-cultural restoration. The only way i see a reboot like this may work is at the starting stage both male and female would hunting and both male and female would stay at base watching the kids. So going down the line it would never have the idea of "woman is not equal to men so woman have to fight for their equal to men" right now "our" civilization is having.
And since if both men and woman are hunting the chance that the woman would die are way more higher than if the woman are only housewife which in turn would keep the population growing slower. When there is less mouths to feed then it would be less reason to create war for resources.

But as P.54 show, this new reboot still using the model "male is hunter female is housewife", so it is going to self destruct in just about the same development time as previous civilization.

You forget these different roles emerged due to biological realities.

A male will always be physically stronger and possess greater endurance than a female who follows the same exercise regime, level of activity and diet. As such for hunting and hard physical labour, the male is almost always going to be the superior choice.

The other big issue is that males are expendable. A populations replacement capacity is equal to its quantity of females. As such expending females on dangerous tasks like hunting, hard physical labour, etc is reckless as it damages your populations ability to produce more people. But one male is more than capable of impregnating multiple females, so even if you lose a bunch of males your population replacement capacity remains mostly unchanged.

Any society that ignores these basic realities (like modern western nations) is going to collapse. Lo and behold the western nations are facing a rapid native population decline as their females are not producing enough people to replace the current population.
